1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") is a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and mega918 ("Platform", "we"). These Terms govern the use of the mega918.one website and all services, games and features provided on it.

mega918 operates under international licensing and complies with regulatory requirements set by the relevant licensing authorities. Continued use of this platform after any changes to the Terms is considered acceptance of the amended Terms.

2 Member Eligibility

3 Account Registration and Management

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

mega918 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). The minimum deposit amount for each method is RM30.

All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), except for cryptocurrency transactions which are processed at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. mega918 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, third-party payment service providers may impose their own charges.

Funds deposited into your mega918 account are for online gambling purposes only and do not earn interest. mega918 reserves the right to hold or delay deposits suspected of involving illegal activity or fraud.

5 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Qualifying withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after verification is complete, depending on the chosen withdrawal method and current workload.

All withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, except in specific circumstances requiring special consideration. You may only withdraw funds to an account or wallet registered in your own name.

mega918 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal, including a copy of your MyKad, bank statement or proof of ownership of the payment method. This is a standard security measure to protect all parties.

6 Bonuses, Promotions and Rewards

mega918 offers a welcome bonus of 100% match on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. This bonus is subject to a rollover requirement of 15 times the bonus amount received before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Calculation example: If you deposit RM100, you will receive a RM100 bonus bringing your account balance to RM200. The rollover requirement to be met is RM100 × 15 = RM1,500. If you deposit RM2,200, the maximum bonus of RM1,000 will be credited bringing the balance to RM3,200, with a rollover requirement of RM1,000 × 15 = RM15,000.

General terms applicable to all mega918 bonuses and promotions:

• Each promotion may only be claimed once per member, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• mega918 reserves the right to void any bonus or winnings obtained through illegitimate means.
• Rollover requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion.
• Bonuses may not be used in combination with other bonuses unless specifically stated.
• The mega918 VIP programme offers tiered weekly cashback starting from Bronze level up to Platinum, with cashback rates ranging from 0.4% to 1.5%.

7 Game Rules

All games available on the mega918 platform — including slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo, sports, and other games — are subject to the individual game rules displayed within the respective game interface. Those rules form part of these Terms.

The outcome of all games is produced through a licensed random number generator (RNG) or live dealer, and is considered final. mega918 will not reverse any valid game result unless there is concrete and verifiable evidence of a technical failure.

In the event of a technical disruption or disconnection during an active game session, mega918 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of that disruption. We are, however, committed to resolving any technical issues fairly through a game record review process.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on the mega918 platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where applicable:

9 Account Closure and Suspension

mega918 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, freeze, or close any user's account for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, failed identity verification, suspected fraudulent activity, or a request from the relevant authorities.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting the mega918 customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any eligible remaining funds will be returned once the review is complete.

For responsible gambling purposes, you may voluntarily request self-exclusion. This request will take effect immediately upon receipt and cannot be reversed within the minimum period that has been set.

10 Limitation of Liability

mega918 provides its platform "as is" and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the platform at any time. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

mega918's total liability to you will not exceed the amount you have deposited into your account in the 30 days prior to any claim arising. This limitation of liability applies in full to the extent permitted by applicable law.
